Howard Marten Process Systems was founded in 1950 in Scarborough, Ontario.

Joined Hebeler LLC

Howard Marten Process Systems joined Hebeler, adding a specialized engineering team focused in the markets of Power Generation, Mining and Oil and Gas.

Acquired by CPEG

CPEG (Carrier Process Equipment Group) acquired Hebeler LLC and its companies Howard Marten Process Systems, Buflovak, and PK Blenders. Howard Marten Process Systems was renamed Hebeler-Howard Marten (HHM). The newly formed company is committed to delivering the same quality and reliablility in fluid systems.

Since we build what we sell, our manufacturing plants must be fully equipped to build and deliver complex, technical fluid systems around the globe. We have manufacturing facilities in the United States and in Canada with cutting, forming, machining, welding and finishing capabilities.
